Experience & Standing

Member acknowledges that he/she is not currently facing any disciplinary actions from his/her licensing agency nor has Member had his/her license suspended or revoked.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

Any information disclosed by or on behalf of Apex Boardroom to the Member [during the Term] OR [at any time before the termination of this Agreement] (whether disclosed in writing, orally, or otherwise) that at the time of disclosure was marked [or described] as “confidential” or should have been understood by the Member (acting reasonably) to be confidential, shall be kept confidential by the Member and not shared with others.

Website Release

Member hereby grants permission to Apex Boardroom to use Member’s name, photos and contact information for email communications and our website. Member hereby releases Apex Boardroom employees, managers, members, officers, parent companies, subsidiaries, and directors, from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with any use of said items, including, without limitation, all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation and any other personal and/or property rights. Member acknowledges and agrees that no sums whatsoever will be due to Member as a result of the use and/or exploitation of the stated items or any rights therein.

Membership Terms

Membership begins upon the date of your signed Membership Agreement and runs month-to-month. Your Membership will expire 12 months after the first scheduled meeting date of the Group.

Renewal

Membership renewal is at our discretion and is based upon a number of factors including meeting participation. Members who are not active and engaged will not be invited to renew.

Arbitration

All disputes arising out of or related to this agreement or the Member’s participation in an Apex Boardroom group shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The arbitration shall be subject to the Laws of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes

To provide a productive and safe environment for our Members, meetings may be virtual at times due to changes in conditions and/or Apex liabilities. Apex reserves the right to change policies to benefit our membership community.
